Cancel Your Membership
If you’re ready to cancel your membership subscription with us, just complete this cancellation form and then return your slings to us before your next payment date. Please see your hire emails from us for details of returns timings and locations as well as our postal address.
If returning by post, we recommend you use Yodel Direct store to door service. Please insure for up to £100 per carrier, or the standard £50 per basic wrap. You do not need to use the signed for option (as the courier will use our parcel box).
Please remember that your membership will only be cancelled effectively once the form is complete and your slings are returned to us. If you’ve returned the slings, especially by post, but we haven’t confirmed receipt yet, then do feel free to double check we’ve got them safely.
